C.H.E.F.S. stands for Cooking, Healthy Eating, and Food Strategies. It is a virtual, self-paced program designed to support you with basic cooking skills instruction while exploring the health benefits of foods.

Your Instructor
My name is Debbie and I LOVE to teach!
Since my last year in undergraduate studies, I've been torn between the love of food and nutrition science and teaching in general.
When I first started homeschooling my son, who is 17 (in May 2022), I slowly, but surely, figured out how to do both! That's why I started this school.
E-courses and E-books focus on the fundamentals of:
